I downloaded iCloud very skeptical because of all the negative reviews. I took a chance since all I wanted was access to my email and iCloud drive. Well, it works just fine. I'm not syncing pics and other stuff. Using Windows 10 Pro and no issues. What happened to the uploads folder? I put photos in there now and icloud download pc never upload! I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, disabling, reenabling photo syncing and messed with settings on my iPhone!
